The extremely simplistic yet completely competent control scheme truly feels good to play. Onto the platforming, which simply put is really is damn tight.

So Limbo is just truly stunning from a stylistic standpoint. While I am a proponent that video games overall are art, I also do feel there are only a handful of examples that are 'fine' art. And I do use that word as I believe this is a prime example of when video games do transcend themselves into true art. I cannot stress enough how huge of a fan I am of the overall artistic style. The Visuals, the atmosphere, how the reality of the created world is totally open to interpretation. I have always been a big, big fan of German Expressionism, so the overall style of the game is honestly just incredible to me. Honestly, perhaps my favorite game so far this year. Then it's a guesstimate of trying to work out how much time you need to pass under both walls without being crushed. Wait till the rope fully extends then let go and grab the 2nd rope. Jump off the rope drop down and grab the other end before it disappears out of reach. Run up above blades and grab the rope till it's pass through the blades. So what do I have to do? Can I get through with just perfect timing? I also hear that the platform to get to this first rope with the deadly gears is hollow and made of metal, at least it sounds that way. There is also a cart to the left, that I cannot move past a certain point because of a bump on the ground. For the life of me I cannot get both walls up enough to get through them. There is a ladder to the left, if you drop down and get on another rope, you lift up wall 2. If you go on the rope and hang you lift up wall one. It is the part where there is a rope with two gears underneath it that will kill you if you fall on them.
